Maintaining a few rules is necessary to stay free from many diseases. It's found that people who don't obey the rules have more problems than the people who follow the rules. So, in this article, I’ll give you a few tips for daily life to be healthy, happy and disease free.
First of all, you need sufficient and a sound sleep or, your whole day will be spoiled. 6 hour 30 min to 7 hours 30 min is the ideal sleeping time. Sleep at night. Don't sleep other times in a day. Go to bed early and wake up early. Many people will say you to sleep at 10/11 pm. If u can, do it. It's of course good. But, I believe that in this generation it's hard to do that. Many students can concentrate on their study at night more than at other times. Even if they try to wake early (5/6 am), they can't concentrate or feel sleepy. So, my advice is- no need to wake so early for them. So, go to bed at 12/1 am and wake at 7/7.30 am could help you. But, if you have a school/college, then adjust the time of sleeping. Keep in mind that, you've to sleep at least 6 and a half hour.

After waking up in mooring, go for a walk or, do exercise. If you do not exercise, many diseases may occur. Then, take your breakfast. There are many people who don't take breakfast in time. Or, they take very less food. But, this could lead them to very serious condition. Digestive Problems are common for them. They also feel weak and health condition becomes worse. So, take breakfast at right time (within 1 hour from your waking up) and take sufficient food. Still, there are few boys and girls who can't eat in the morning. Exercising before breakfast is recommended for them.
Most of the time people don't take enough foods in breakfast. So, it's necessary to eat something between breakfast and lunch. People when are at their workplace (especially students) take unhygienic food and unpure water sometimes. This should be stopped. Unpure water, tea, or, liquid cause a lot of diseases which can be life-threatening. I saw a lot of them know it. But, they realized when it's too late. Under-cooked and unhygienic foods also cause several Medical Problems. Roadside hotel’s foods are like that. It causes diarrhea, loose motion etc. Under-cooked beef and pork are responsible for the worm.
Take your lunch timely. Take proper diet. Try to take all type of nutrients. It's not a good idea to eat cholesterol, carbohydrate, and fat-containing foods over the necessary limit. It's responsible for many Medical Problems.
You can take a rest after lunch. But, don't sleep, if you don't have any other Medical or Dental Problems. Go to exercise in the afternoon. Children and, young people can play outdoor games. Again, I want to say, exercise is very necessary to be healthy and disease-free.
In the evening, must take some foods. You can take tea or coffee to refresh your mind. But, before taking tea or coffee, must eat something. Don't take them in empty stomach.
Take your dinner timely. Sufficient protein is necessary for dinner if you sleep late at night as protein is digested slowly.
Try to take a bath every day. Maintain good Oral Hygiene Practice. Brush your teeth regularly. Follow the instruction of tooth brushing and keep your mouth clean and fresh. Don't forget to brush the tooth after lunch and dinner.
