You may not a robotic power, but, you can be fast, strong and fit like Iron man. To be like an iron man at first you need to be healthy and fit. Without it, nothing is going to work. Here are the tips-

Maintain your BMI

BMI means body mass index. BMI is a comparison of your body fat to your height. If you are 250 pounds man, it won’t make you an iron man or Batman. You have to maintain ideal body weight comparing to your height. Don’t be overweight or underweight. You can consult with your doctor and take a diet chart. Maintain a proper diet

You may have ideal body weight, but you need to maintain a proper diet. If not so, you will experience a lack of energy and you will feel drained and tired. Even if you are overweight, you will feel more tired. To keep all of your body’s systems working correctly, you need a balanced diet. In a balanced diet, you take all nutrients properly. All nutrients have specific benefits for your health and fitness.


Regular physical exercise

I think it is the most important thing in medical science. Many diseases depend on your daily activities and physical exercise. Regular exercise keeps your body healthy and fit. It helps you to be free from many diseases. It helps keep your metabolism up, which provides you with energy and helps burn off unwanted weight.


Eat regularly

Don’t miss your meal. Take a meal in time so that it can’t leave you super hungry by the point of the next meal. It helps control your blood sugar and energy levels.


Sleep properly

We require 6 and half hours to 7 and a half hours sleep at night. Go to bed earlier. Make sure you get enough rest. But, try not to sleep in day times.

Drink plenty of water

Take water regularly. Try to drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day. Lack of water can lead to dehydration. Even mild dehydration can drain your energy and make you tired.

 

Avoid fast food or fatty foods

Excessive fast foods or fatty foods are not good for your health. It causes many diseases. Avoiding fatty foods will help you maintain a healthy weight and keep you fit.


Fix your posture

It relieves aches and pains. It keeps your muscles properly aligned and helps your body work more efficiently. You will look 5 pounds slimmer. Pull those shoulders back and sit/stand up straight.


Stand instead of sit


Try to stand up as much as possible. It uses more energy and can help with your posture. It all goes back to little changes adding up over time.


Do squats and push-ups

Do 20 squats and 10 push-ups quick and effectively.


Take some deep breaths

It helps Releases Tension and relieves emotional problems. It relaxes the mind/body and brings clarity. It also helps relieve Pain and improves Posture.


Talk with someone or follow someone who inspires you

Spend some time with someone you admire and that encourages you. As you want to be an iron man, think about his strength and ability. Follow him.


Stretch regularly

Stretch out stiff muscles through the day regularly. Stretching will keep your body working optimally and you will feel good.


Be physically strong

Motivation, discipline, and patience are important to increase your physical strength. You need to lower your overall body fat content and increase your body's muscle mass for strength. A well-balanced diet, routine cardiovascular exercise, weight training, calisthenics are required for muscle development and gaining physical strength. But, before doing so, consult with your doctor to know your health condition is ok to perform it or not.
